In Florida, K-12 students and parents are afforded the right
to educational choice. Florida’s fundamental educational choice
options for parents of public school students, as authorized by Section 1002.20(6), Florida Statutes, include:
- Public school choice
- Home education
- Private tutoring
A majority families will qualify and be entitled to scholarships to cover educational costs. There are two primary scholarships that offer funding for tuition, books, uniforms, and more.
